I am finally done with school, wow such a relief! I have been in school since I was 4. That is almost 20 years! Well, my last semester started out a little crazy but by the end it seemed to mellow out and I actually found myself feeling somewhat odd about not registering for classes and organizing my schedule for the next semester.
I had my last final on Wednesday last week and after the test I walked out of the building and had a surreal moment. I don't know if many of you have felt this way, but I was in a way sad, if that is even the right word? I caught myself looking around, trying to take it all in. The campus at Humboldt has changed so much in the past few years, and it has become one of the most beautiful campuses.
Anyway, it was so weird to think I will never worry about; where my children will go when I have class, what hours I can work, finding a parking spot, getting out the door in time to get to class, buying books, doing homework, and so on... I can go to the gym at a decent hour and maybe even sit on the couch on Sunday nights and not feel incredibly guilty about it.
It is going to be nice....
Oh yeah I can't blog with out pictures, right? So here is the back of our Christmas card the my friend Kelly designed, it turned out so cute. Thanks Kelly!

Eureka ZOOOO
My Mom and I took the kids to the Zoo and a movie last weekend. The Eureka zoo isn't the most exciting for adults, but the kids seem to be thrilled with it every time:) I guess it serves it's purpose.... After the zoo we went to see the Legend of the Owl (or something like that) it was in 3d and was actually pretty good. I was really into the movie, maybe even more than the kids. During the movie I heard Connor saying that his belly hurt, but I kinda of ignored him.... Needless to say after we got out of the movie my Mom said that she looked over at Connor, and he was throwing up:( It wasn't because he was sick, he and Carly ate soooo much candy and treats that he made himself sick! Crazy boy.

Sac Town
Mikey has been talking about riding in a race all summer long, so of course we waited till one of the last weekends of summer to go to one. So we headed down to Sacramento on Friday morning at 7am. We drove over to Redding and made a stop at the water slides for an hour and a half, it was actually a perfect amount of time. Mikey picked us up lunch and we headed out to go to the race. After lunch both of the boys fell a sleep and Jake watched Sandlot with his headphones on the whole way to Sacramento:) It was the best drive.... We got to the race track and all the boys were in heaven including Mikey.
Mikey is in the middle and he is # 9, he getting ready to race in his second race of the night.
Connor trying to fix things, with Daddy's tool box.
All three of the boys, you can tell that they like what they see:)
Jake was loving it, I don't he moved at all during the race.
Luke playing in the truck right before he got out of the truck, notice he is still clean...
After he got a hold of the Dorrito bag:)

Quick Trip
Last week Rachelle and I were talking about when the next chance would be to take the kids to the water slides, since summer is almost over:((( So we decided to go over to Redding on Thursday and to the water slides on Friday. I knew that Nat loves and needs to see the sun as much as we do so we invited her and she quickly said yes. We left Thursday afternoon and thanks to Chrissy we were all able to ride together, thank goodness someone in our family has a big car. Every seat was filled and by the time we were half way to Willow Creek all the kids were out, perfect timing:)
We got to Redding around 5 o'clock and it was still 100 degrees. It felt so nice to wear shorts and a short sleeve shirt and feel warm. I just love and appreciate the sun so much, if the place we ate at had an option for outside dinning I am sure that is where we would have sat.
After dinner we walked to Cold Stone and got all the kids ice cream, and then we went over to the mall to do a little shopping. Later that night we went back to the hotel and took the kids to the swimming pool. The hotel that we stayed at had a big pool and a little pool that was 2ft deep, and it is perfect for little kids. The next day we got up and hung out for a little bit, then we took the kids to breakfast. Then to the water slides we went. Here are some pictures from the trip....
All of us crammed on one table eating breakfast. I should have taken a picture after we were done eating, the table was a disaster.
Best buddies, it was so cute to watch them play together. Teegs would go down a slide and Connor was right behind him. When one of the would get done they would wait for the other to come down the slide. They had a blast.
Nat and Lano Bano, right before he laid down for his nap.
Teegs loved going down all of the slides. This picture is so perfect, he looked just like the frog with his tongue out and all:)
Lucas running around. His new favorite thing is to mimic the sounds that go with one, two, three, go... and then runs around, its so cute.

Shasta Lake
We just got back from Shasta Lake. We were up there for two weeks and it went by sooo fast. We had a lot of fun and I really enjoyed spending time with all of our family and friends.
Next to the campground we stayed at was a bridge with a railroad track on the top of it. There was always people jumping off of it everyday all day, needless to say we got inspired:) I wasn't quite as a dare devil as Mikey and the other guys but I knew I could handle at least the bottom level.
Luke is still a mama's boy and one of my favorite things is when he will is playing with his toys and randomly come up to me and give me kisses:)
The kids put on a talent show on of the nights, they each had their own kitchen utensil and they rocked out.
One of Connor's favorite thing to do is swim, so he was in heaven when we went to the pool every afternoon after his nap.

Brothers
As a kid I hated when my mother made my sisters and I wear matching outfits. And now as a mom it is one of my favorite things! I am sorry Mom for giving you such a hard time, looking back we always looked so dang cute:)

3 years old
Today is Connor 3rd birthday. I know every mom says it, and I am going to as well, I can't believe how fast time has gone! Connor is becoming such a young little boy.
The day started out by everyone sleeping in till 10 o'clock (which is very abnormal,we're still on Hawaii time), but I'll take it. Connor helped me make Strawberry waffles, his request. Then the boys and I went to work. Where Uncle Travis bought Connor his own little tool set with a tool belt, hat, and suspenders. It was sooo cute, Connor didn't take the suspenders off till he took a bath tonight. For lunch we took him out to Luzmila's, which is always a favorite of his. It never fails he always orders a cheese quesadilla. Then we went back to work and the boys laid down for a nap. After nap we went and picked up Cole and Carly and headed into the Bounce-er-Rama to the mall. That place is always a hit. Then we went and got some dinner at Applebee's where Connor ordered Chicken nuggets his other meal of choice. When they sang to him he proceeded to hide behind me until they walked away, things haven't changed much. At his one year birthday he did the same thing too:)
This is him in Hawaii eating a Hula Pie, let's just say he was it heaven!
Connor at 3
Weighs 32.2 lbs (57%)
Is 37" Tall (34%)

Requests his blankie and a sippy cup of water at nights
Can name all his colors

Has lots nicknames, many of them are the result of Teegin: Weehaun, Con, Con Don.... And the list continues to grow daily:)
Goes to Preschool 2 days a week
LOVES to swim. I've never seen a 3 year old that loves to hold their breath and go under the water so much
Takes 1 nap a day
Sleeps 11-12 hrs at night.
Is always so willing to do what I ask
Says YESS to most any question.
Asks "WHY Mom, Why Mom?" all the time

Is one of the sweetest little boys and such a joy everyday.

Day 2-3
The past couple of days we have been at the hotel hanging out by the pool. Yesterday afternoon we went to a little beach. The kids seemed to like the change. I think we are going to go to a different beach today that has more stuff to do. I am going to post a video later today.

Day 1
We made it:) It was a long day of traveling but we seemed to survive. We got up this morning at 430am, to fly out at 6am. Good thing my children have at least one trait from me (early risers). They didn't seemed to mind getting up and Connor actually was clapping his hands saying " I am so excited, I'm so excited to go to HAWAII, is Nana there?" Needless to say we traveled for 8 hrs and due to the time change we still got here at 11:30am, which was really nice. We were able to lay out by the pool and to check parts of the hotel out.
Here are some pictures of the place we are staying. I would recommend this place in a HEARTBEAT! It is beautiful, and has everything you have ever wanted at a hotel. It has an area for the kids to dig in sand with their own pool that has a sand bottom and a waterfall. It also has a water slide, and I am pretty sure it has at least 3 regular pools as well. MOM, I think I have found where we will be going on our next family vaca!
Till tomorrow:)

Almost DONE
This will be a short post. I am actually supposed to be working on my finals right now, but I had to take a little break (which means: Checking Facebook and updating myself on everyone else's life via the blogging world). So needless to say I figured most everyone who lives out of the area probably thinks I am pretty lame. Well Honestly I would have to agree with you, most of the time.
Lately my life has been consumed with school. I have one more week and I will be done!! I graduate next Saturday. The following day we leave for Hawaii, with Mikey's family. I am not sure which one I am more excited for, Hawaii or graduation:)
The boys are doing good. Connor will be three in a couple weeks, and will be going to actual preschool next semester. Lucas is getting big and loves to be right in the mist of everything. He is definitely still a mama's boy and longs for me to be by his side. I wish I had more recent pictures of the boys, but due to my school schedule and trying to work a little bit in between, I haven't touched my camera in at least a month:( How Sad. I am hoping to take lots of pictures on my break, and possible take an online class to show me how to really work that bad boy.
Till next time, hopefully I will have pictures!

Baby Shower
Last weekend we went over to Redding to my cousin Jasmine's baby shower. She got a lot of beautiful things and I am sure that Mercedes will have more than enough stuff:) Well I decided to bring my camera, and had hoped that I could get some more practice with it.
Needless to say I have over 350 pictures, for any of you that are my friends on facebook, this post might not be very exciting for you, I already uploaded them on there. Anyway here are a few of my favorites....
This one was taken by Monica.
This one was taking by Monica too.
Jasmine and her beautiful crib, she has four weeks left and she is having a girl.
Bowdy Bear
P. S I have no idea why my text at the top has a line through it and is underlined. Sorry I seem to be having difficulty with posting tonight.

A Sunny day
Last week when Mikey went to the auction he bought Connor and Teegin a pair of training wheels for Jake's old motorcycle. They were thrilled. He put them on the bike today and they rode around the neighborhood.
I love this picture of the boys. They look like they are having a conversation. Maybe they are talking about riding...? Here is Lucas getting in on some of the action.
Sorry for the picture overload. I just got another camera, and I am having a lot of fun playing around with it. I think I took almost 100 pictures in about an hour. I just need to figure all the settings out now.
